In addition, Coverys has established ProMutual Solutions Insurance Company, a sponsored captive insurance company licensed and authorized to do business in Vermont, and Capital Risk Solutions, SPC, a segregated portfolio captive insurer in the Cayman Islands. If the Confidential Information is information that you provided Coverys or, if you are an authorized representative of a company, that such company provided Coverys, then the information about you or your company (but not any other individuals or entities), as applicable, is not subject to the foregoing limitations. However, such information may still be subject to legal, fiduciary or contractual obligations between you and your employer/client, so treat all such information with due caution, even if you know it is not Confidential Information.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is for any reason deemed be invalid, unenforceable, illegal or void, in any jurisdiction, such provision shall not be in effect in such jurisdiction without invalidating or affecting the validity, legality or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms and Conditions or the validity, legality or enforceability of such provision in any other jurisdiction.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and you hereby consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the federal or state courts, as applicable, of Massachusetts with respect to any matters arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions, and you hereby waive any claim of inconvenient forum.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The contents of this Site and these Terms and Conditions are subject to change by Coverys. We will post any changes on this Site. BY CONTINUING TO USE THIS SITE AFTER POSTING OF NEW TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE NEW TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
