• Professional Contractual Liability Coverage - Available to provide coverage on behalf of the insured for claims against the insured arising out of a contract for professional services under which the insured agrees to indemnify or hold harmless a health maintenance organization or other managed care entity.
• Medical Payments - Up to $5,000 coverage for medical expenses is provided for such items as first aid, ambulance or hospital services required because of injury caused by the performance of professional services rendered to a patient.
• State Dental Licensing Boards - Reimburses up to $25,000 for legal defense costs if a dentist must appear before the Board and if the investigation is a result of an injury arising out of professional services rendered to a patient.
• Sexual Misconduct Defense Coverage - Reimburses up to $100,000 for legal defense costs needed to defend a dentist against allegations by a patient of sexual misconduct.
