Coverys Hires Geraldine Russell as Claim Representative

- September 28, 2011 - Boston, MA – Coverys (formerly ProMutual Group), a leading provider of medical professional liability insurance, recently hired Geraldine Russell, Esq. as a claim representative in the Claims Department. In her new role, Gerri will promote proactive claim file management, investigate and adjust claims for coverages written by Coverys member companies and provide complete claim-loss service for policyholders in Connecticut.

Gerri has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Hofstra University and a Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law. She has 20 years of legal experience, most recently serving as Counsel for Rosenblum Newfield, LLC in Stamford, Conn. In her prior roles she has specialized in medical defense, insurance law and product liability. Gerri is a member of the American Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association and the Connecticut Society for Healthcare Risk Management.

Gerri resides in Fairfield, Conn. with her husband Jonathan and their two children.
