- Coverys, a leading provider of medical professional liability insurance and related services, announced today that Theodore Kelley, senior vice president of human resources, will retire effective August 29, 2014. Noreen Fiore-Sarno had been named as his successor, beginning her new position as vice president of human resources in May 2014. “It has been an honor to have been associated with Coverys for the past 18 years. I feel fortunate to have been part of a prominent organization that truly values their employees which is evidenced in the longevity of employees and the teamwork approach demonstrated company-wide,” said Ted Kelley, senior vice president of Coverys. “As I move into retirement, I am confident Noreen’s professionalism, experience and dedication to the organization will assure her success in her role as the vice president of human resources.” “I am excited to take on this new opportunity serving Coverys,” said Noreen Fiore-Sarno, vice president of human resources.

dent of human resources. He has served as senior vice president of human resources since 2012. Prior to his career with Coverys, Kelley has held executive positions at M/A-COM, Talbot’s and BGS Systems. Kelley has also served on the board of directors of the Northeast Human Resources Association. Kelley graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Psychology.
Fiore-Sarno joined Coverys in December 2000 as a human resource
representative and has served in various roles, most recently as director of human resources. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts-Lowell where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree with a major in criminal justice and a minor in psychology. Fiore-Sarno received a graduate certificate in human resource management from Northeastern University and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
