- Coverys, a leading provider of medical professional liability insurance and related services, announced a $10,000 grant by the Coverys Community Healthcare Foundation to Magruder Hospital in Port Clinton, Ohio. The grant will help the hospital implement the “Just Culture” initiative, a program that encourages accountability and better communication between staff and patients.
Magruder Hospital, located in Port Clinton, Ohio, is a nonprofit critical access hospital. Magruder’s personal commitment to “service excellence” has made it one of the leading hospitals in the nation for patient satisfaction, quality and outcomes. The funding from Coverys Community Healthcare Foundation will support the third installment of the “Just Culture” program.
