- Coverys, a leading provider of medical professional liability insurance and related services, announced a $9,500 grant by the Coverys Community Healthcare Foundation to OhioHealth Foundation in Columbus, Ohio. The grant will help the development of interventions to reduce the incidence of chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease, and for improved management of patients diagnosed with these diseases.
The OhioHealth Foundation is committed to supporting the communities it serves through philanthropy, and it works to raise funds that assist with patient care delivery in the OhioHealth system which includes 17 hospitals, 21 health and surgery centers, home-health providers, medical equipment and health service suppliers throughout 40 counties.
