(Respond Effectively And Communicate Timely) Program. The REACT program supports the needs of Coverys policyholders and their patients after an adverse event has taken place. The program assists participating healthcare providers by helping them respond promptly and effectively to the needs of their patients, thereby contributing to the continuation of the treatment relationship.
How does the REACT Program work?
Healthcare providers who wish to participate in the program, will receive consultation from the REACT Program Manager, who will provide assistance with the disclosure and, if appropriate, the apology process. Patients who have experienced a qualifying event may be eligible for reimbursement for certain expenses related to the event.
