Saadia Khilji

Saadia Khilji is the global chief information officer at Coverys. As CIO, she shapes and executes Coverys’ global IT strategy. Her initiatives focus on the implementation of infrastructure, advanced technologies, and systems to drive continued growth and operational excellence.

Before joining Coverys in 2025, Saadia was vice president of technology and IT services at MassMutual. In that role, she successfully modernized enterprise systems, introduced cloud strategies, and led global technology teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. She also held leadership roles at The Hartford and Travelers Insurance, where she spearheaded transformative technology initiatives, scaled IT operations, and championed innovation across complex organizations.

Saadia earned a Master of Science degree in management information systems from George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in software engineering from the Lahore University of Management Sciences. She is also a graduate of McKinsey’s Asian Executive Leadership Program and is active in mentoring rising IT leaders and advocating for diversity in technology.
