Coverys Managing Agency Provides Lloyd’s Syndicate Management
Coverys Managing Agency is a fully authorized Lloyd’s managing agency. Coverys acquired the agency in November 2017. We deliver the services necessary for the management and oversight of existing syndicates:
Syndicates 1975 and 1991.

Lloyd’s is proposing to transfer certain EEA insurance policies to Lloyd’s Brussels. The proposed transfer will not change terms and conditions of any policy, except that Lloyd’s Brussels will become the insurer and Data Controller in respect of the transferred policies.

As a company domiciled in the United Kingdom, Coverys Managing Agency Limited (CMA) is bound by the Laws of England and Wales. This regulation applies both to the activities of CMA and the Lloyd’s Syndicates that it manages. Equivalent or similar law in the United States of America is not applicable unless it explicitly has extra-territorial effect.
The UK GDPR requires us to publish information about how we handle personal information including special category data (for example medical records). This includes how we safeguard this information.
