The General Grant Program
We Support Healthcare-Related Advances that Matter to Our Communities
Coverys Community Healthcare Foundation, Inc.'s (CCHF's) 2026 General Grant Program is now open and accepting grant proposals. This grant cycle, CCHF will accept and consider requests for grant funding from organizations pursuing innovative projects that advance one or more of the following:
- Improve patient care and patient safety; and/or
- Advance patient health outcomes and improve chronic disease management through preventive interventions; and/or
- Support healthcare professionals and organizations that provide healthcare services.
Program Information
The 2026 General Grant Program cycle is from February 24, 2026 to May 12, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET. Applications received after May 12, 2026, will not be considered. Awards will be announced before July 2, 2026.
Application Submission Details
To be eligible for consideration for grant funding, applicants must comply with our Grant Guidelines and agree to follow our Reporting Guidelines. Additional requirements and conditions are included in the grant guidelines.
