Insurance Policy Types

Claims-Made
Claims-made coverage ensures policyholders are protected from the moment a policy begins. When medical professional liability claims arise, we stand ready to defend policyholder interests, protecting against covered incidents that occur on or after a retroactive date when reported during the active policy period.
Modified Claims-Made
Modified claims-made coverage provides prepaid tail coverage on a claims-made basis. This protects policyholders against covered medical professional liability claims that occur on or after a retroactive date and are reported during the policy period or an extended reporting period, if applicable. Policies include an indefinite reporting period endorsement at no additional premium.
Occurrence
Occurrence coverage provides protection for covered medical professional liability claims that occur during the policy period.
